Rabbi Ullman founded the School For Jewish Studies, Rodef Torah, a school dedicated to teaching Torah to adults. This became the springboard for the teaching he has been doing ever since. He uses Socratic Method when he teaches: seeking to connect the students to the Text, relating the passages studied to the students, and bringing forth those sacred moments when the spirit of God enters a time of study.
“Rabbi Ullman is the most gifted rabbi I know in bringing Torah to life. Studying with him is transformative.” |
Rabbi Ullman will be our Scholar-in-Residence for the following events:
Friday, August 3
Torah Study | 12:15pm
Saturday, August 4
Shabbat Guest and Torah Learning | 10:00am
Sunday, August 5
Torah Study at Rabbi Franklin’s House | 6:00pm
The Spear Family is honored to sponsor this program in memory of Harvey M. Spear.
