Major General (Res.) Nadav Padan, FIDF CEO
During his distinguished 37-year military career in the IDF, Maj. Gen. (Res.) Nadav Padan held several key command positions, including Commander of the Central Command and Head of the Cyber Defense Directorate. Starting in the elite “Sayeret Matkal” Special Forces unit, he later commanded the Judea and Samaria Regional Brigade and “Duvdevan” Special Forces Unit. From 2009-2016, he served as Deputy Commander and then Commander of various armor divisions. He was awarded the “Legion of Merit” for his work with the U.S. Armed Forces. As a member of FIDF’s executive leadership, he coordinates with top Israeli government and IDF officials and on October 8, he immediately joined the IDF’s reserves.
