Proxy for Annual Congregational Meeting

The undersigned, a member of the Congregation, hereby appoints Harry Katz and Carole Olshan, each of them with the power to act without the other (the “Proxy”), to vote on behalf of the undersigned for the election of officers and trustees, the proposed amendments to the Constitution and By Laws and on any other matter coming before the Annual Meeting of the Members at the Jewish Center, 44 Woods Lane, East Hampton, New York on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 9:30am and any adjournment thereof. This proxy revokes any proxy previously given and may be revoked by the undersigned at any time before the applicable vote. Except as otherwise set forth below, the Proxy may vote on any issue in the discretion of the Proxy.

The Board of Trustees recommends a vote in favor of the entire slate.
If no choice is indicated, the proxy will be for the entire slate.

Proxies for votes of family members will be counted as two votes unless you direct otherwise.
