Interfaith Passover Seder

Telling The Story Together
Jewish Center of the Hamptons and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church invite you to join us for a meaningful Interfaith Passover Seder, an evening of learning, ritual, and shared reflection.
The Passover seder is one of the most iconic and enduring Jewish rituals—a storytelling experience centered on memory, redemption, and the ongoing human journey from slavery to freedom. For Christians, the symbols of the seder resonate deeply with familiar rituals and narratives, including those surrounding Jesus and the Last Supper. Eggs, matzah, and bread—whether matzah or wafer—carry layers of meaning that speak across traditions, inviting conversation rather than comparison.
Together, we will explore how these shared symbols illuminate both our similarities and our differences, and how the universal message of Passover—liberation, dignity, and hope— continues to speak powerfully in our world today.
