VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Our homeless shelter, Maureen’s Haven, here on the East End of Long Island is once again opening doors to house and feed the homeless. Thanks to a generous offer from the Bridgehampton Childcare Center, guests will be housed two nights a week, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Once again, I have pledged our help, as we have been working with them since they first began serving Eastern Long Island.

We will be hosting a meal on Sunday, January 12 at the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreation Center.

Set up beds/ set tables dinner prep – 5-6-6:30pm – 3-4 volunteers

Serving dinner and cleanup – 6-7:30pm – 4 volunteers- no children under 16

I will drop off on Sunday, January 12 at the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreation Center

Dinner — main dish — 30 guests

Dinner — starches, vegetables — 30 guests

Breakfast — muffins, bagels, cream cheese, milk, coffee — 30 guests

Lunch — sandwiches, small waters, snacks — 30 guests
