June 4 @ 12:00 pm
Join us and march with the Jewish Center of the Hamptons in the first annual Pride Parade being held in East Hampton. We will meet after Shabbat Services and march under our powerful pride flag.
The parade will begin lining up near Pond View Lane and Guild Hall at 11:00am. At 12:00pm, registered participants will march east on Main Street to Newtown Lane, then to Railroad Avenue and Lumber Lane, and end in Herrick Park, where there will be music and celebration with deejay Karin Ward.
Note to participants: Unless your vehicle is in the parade, please park in the longterm lots and walk to the staging area. This is a balloon-free, flag-filled event, and, sorry, no animals. Nor may objects of any kind be thrown or launched to spectators. Hamptons Pride volunteers and East Hampton Village Police will be on hand to organize the parade; please follow their directions closely.
