Helping Our Homeless
December 14 @ 5:00 pm

Maureen’s Haven was named after Sister Maureen Michael. She was a Dominican nurse who set up an outreach program to help those in need decades ago. We have been working with them to help provide homeless men and women with a safe place to stay during the winter months. Overnight housing is provided by the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center, and we volunteer to provide nutritious meals, set up the facility, and serve the guests who come.
Please sign-up and let us know how you can help!
In the Babylonian Talmud, we are taught that “The Highest Wisdom is Kindness.” Let us be kind to our homeless here on the East End.
